5.0 out of 5 stars Well worth it!
This kit really has it all! First of all, it comes beautifully packaged with everything set in foam so it’s kept safe for shipping. Second, it literally just has everything you would need to start using polygel. The instructions were super clear and easy to follow and for my first try, I’m pretty happy with the results!
I also want to add some small things that I think are important to know when using this kit.
– When you put on the base coat and cure it, if it’s still tacky that is totally normal and fine. It won’t be sticky once you cure the polygel and top coat it.
– The kit comes with a file that works great, but I would still recommend a nail drill for a quicker file. Especially if you’re new to it, it’ll probably come out pretty chunky if you aren’t used to how much you need per nail.
– The UV light does have a timer in it, you just can’t see it counting down, but it does turn off once the time is up.
– The UV light has a USB cord that does not come with the wall adapter, so you will need your own to plug it in.
But, yes this kit is great and I highly recommend it. I’ve included a couple pictures of my nails with this so you can see how they’ll look. The clear is only the polygel with top coat and the second picture is what it looks like after I polished them. I feel like I went to the salon and got them done!

5.0 out of 5 stars I love it!
It’s super easy to use ! My nails lasted almost a full month without cracking, or falling off. I’m always cooking and washing dishes This nails are exactly what I needed to keep cute nails on and still get to work around my house. They’re great quality, cute colors and this kit comes with enough for a couple of sets.

4.0 out of 5 stars So far so good!!!
So one complaint is that the directions don’t really spell out when to use the uv light. I just assumed that once you get the mold on your nail, you need to put your hand under the light to set it. Just an FYI, I did experience my nail starting to burn a bit. I just removed my hand for a few seconds. But it did set. I experienced this with my nail technician also so if you’ve never had your nails done (acrylic, etc) this might freak you out a bit. I think it’s important to have a drill to file down access gel.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great product
I have always struggled with keeping nails and have tries all sorts of extension. I was so excited whem I found this polygel kit. It feels fo natural and comfortable. It doesn’t feel artificial. There is a bit of a learning curve to get them right. It also takes a bit of time to get them done and well shaped. But once you do it few times it gets easier and it is a great way to extend nails and have a nice manicure 💅.

3.0 out of 5 stars The curing lamp caught on fire…
I was so excited until one of the lights on the curing lamp exploded and caught fire.
—- Modifying
So other than my lamp catching on fire while my nails were beneath it… the polygel seems nice. I ended up buying a nail drill to clean up my cuticles and side edges, and beneath the nails.
(I was told later that if you don’t have a drill, to clean under the nails, cure for 5 to 10secs and then use your brush with slip solution to thin out the underside. This will prevent you from making it too thin for the top layer.) you can also use a regular file for the side edges, just have a general idea of how the nail should look.
I’m showing a picture of my nails after clean it up 3x. The 2nd time I added more poly because I’d filed it down trying to make it even. The third time I noticed a lot of flaws from me trying to rush to finish my right hand..
So I took the time to try to make everything look flat and even. I said screw the drill heads assignments, and just used whatever drill head worked and I have to say it’s not that bad.
After the 3rd time, I must say a little bit goes a long way. I’ve filed so much down that these are pretty thin in comparison to how they were before.

5.0 out of 5 stars First time using!
I’ve always been an avid DIY nail person. I really like dip powders but it takes FOREVER for me to shape the fake nail tips to put under it for longer nails. So I decided to try these and wow! They were so quick! Only problems, I got some on my hands and it was so sticky! Then I made them too thick so it took awhile to file them down. Will take some practice but I am hooked! This is the pink nude color with nothing pained over it yet.

5.0 out of 5 stars Fabulous salon quality nails
Absolutely awesome product and worth the money. You must follow basic rules of cleaning nails, dehydrated and then a wonderful to allow application to adhere and last longer.
Nails felt strong and yet delicate. The nail template guides were so cool and the feeling was great when you removed them from the cured Nails.
Quality product. Highly recommend.

4.0 out of 5 stars Good Value
I really like this set especiallyfor the price. However I found that the slip dried out very quickly.
Will purchase extra slip because there is still lots of gel remaining. Easy to apply and remove. Good value.

4.0 out of 5 stars Poly gel is easier than acrylic.
I was tired of going to the salon and also wanting to save some money I got poly gel. I was happy with my purchase. It takes time and effort to master it. I think it was worth it.

4.0 out of 5 stars Great value
Not as easy to use as one would think. The product instructions did not help but watched a few YouTube videos and got much easier from there
